Waves
The installation Waves is made of old copper pipes from a production plant. The green color of the oxidised copper is the natural patina after long term use in the production of nickel.
The structure of the installation is given form of a wave and the artwork gives contradictory associations to both nature and industrial development. It reminds us the vital coexistence and the challenge we are facing, pushing the limits of what nature can endure before it turns back on us.

In-between reality and perception
The installation is built as an open structure, a space, made of typical industrial manufacturing materials. With walls that act like reflective and transparent veils, as they continuously capture the surroundings like distorted mirrored images shown as fragments of the environment. Simultaneously, the transparency allows you to observe the surroundings through an unfocused blurred lens. In this duality between reflection and transparency, the fragments form a story, layer by layer, always fleeting, fragile and never definitive.

BUOYANCY
The organic shape of the artwork gives associations to a huge airbag. It is an inflatable object made of a white thin textile. An air blower fills it up with air, after a while the blower stops and the air slowly leaks out, and the shape of the balloon shrinks before it starts blowing up again.
